Car share club lakes weekend

Not sure if discussions going on elsewhere, but ...
I am taking my car,and am free to leave Friday early or mid afternoon if that suits anyone. I have to be back home by 6pm at latest on Sunday.
Tom: would I be able to get in the bunkhouse if I went ahead? If so I'd be happy to cook a communal veggie chilli Fri night.

Hi Gill,

I'm going to post all notifications to the forum in the next week (rather than FB to arrange car sharing etc). I put a message on FB yesterday to explain that notifications would be better here as everyone has access.

But yes and yes - please, sounds great. Chili sounds perfect for Friday and I've booked 20 places in the local pub for dinner on Saturday.

I can't finish work (in Macclesfield) until 4pm on Friday if anyone is going up later? Driving a lot for work currently, so would love a lift if available.

I'm planning to race on Sunday - so potentially I can find a lift back with someone else as I know you need to be back by 6 pm.

I too am working Friday, finishing 3.30 ish. If I drive Catherine, I could take you, maybe pick you up at the hospital ?!

Please note that no pots, pans, cutlery, etc are provided in the bunkhouse.

Good point about pots/pans/crockery/cutlery!
I have 5 plastic plates and a few camping mugs and old forks/spoons.
Unless we eat in relays it would be really helpful if people could bring camping plates/mugs/a fork.
