Tucker is away this and next weekend so won't be posting a Sunday run for these two weeks. However, should you have a venue and a route to lead, do post here & on Facebook so everyone can get out for a weekend relaxing time in the hills. Could have a fast group and a slow one from a common venue! A post Relay recovery run session could be good?

If like Rob & Tom you are at the Naylor dinner tomorrow; you will bump into Brian and I as well, as well as meeting the MBE man of the hills himself in his local area. Also Jeremy Vine was mentioning the BG music again on his show today but I didn't catch any details.
