A reminder from Phil Cheek - the 2019 Club Fell Handicap is on Sunday 1st December. All details on the club website (below) or Facebook.

Please can you let Phil know if you plan to attend so that a handicap can be allocated and also the food ordered. It’s £6 to enter and that includes soup/sandwich. A reminder that full FRA kit will be required (and checked) to run. No kit, no run.

Final message from Phil...and latest list of start times...

- Please car share where possible and park 'thoughtfully' - we do not want to upset the local residents
- Please DO NOT come into the St Dunstan in muddy shoes
- Please look out for each other and have fun
- If any family/friends are coming to the pub please make sure that the runners eat first. If family/friends want to eat please pay £6 to Phil
