Kath has reported that Sunday is Lindsay's last day at the Flash Bar Cafe. She has been serving up pints of tea to us for over a decade on walks and runs and has now sold up to move on to a new life somewhere lower than Flash, one of the highest villages in the country. So it's only fitting that we should call in Sunday after our run from there to say goodbye.

Tucker is not away this weekend as previously reported so unless anyone else has a cunning route, I'll lead it - 2 hours off-road, steady pace. Forecast is nice & sunny so a grand day out. Bound to be muddy so fell shoes advised.
