Sunday Run 27th October 2019

Kath has reported that Sunday is Lindsay's last day at the Flash Bar Cafe. She has been serving up pints of tea to us for over a decade on walks and runs and has now sold up to move on to a new life somewhere lower than Flash, one of the highest villages in the country. So it's only fitting that we should call in Sunday after our run from there to say goodbye.
Arrival warning - Clocks go back Saturday night as Summer time ends so we will be running on GMT time!! Don't forget to change your clocks.

Tucker is not away this weekend as previously reported so unless anyone else has a cunning route, I'll lead it - 2 hours off-road, steady pace. Forecast is nice & sunny so a grand day out. Bound to be muddy so fell shoes advised.
Best to car share as parking is a bit limited. If convenient meet at Tuckers for a 8.55 departure. We're collecting Dave W en-route at Rainow.
