Fell Handicap 2019 - Volunteers needed

Fell Handicap (Sunday 1st December) - call for helpers....if you cannot run this year but still want to be involved then Phil needs a few volunteers (registration from 8.45am, out on course, at the Cat and Fiddle and at the finish).
