Last Sunday run before next week's eyeballs out Club Handicap Race, the most important race of the year. So this week will be a bit calmer with the chance to get around Lyme Park and other places at a pleasant pace.

Meet, run and park in the Coffee Tavern car park. NB Park in the overflow car park on the left as you drive in. Don't park in the main car park or Andrew will have you... & me!
If convenient meet at Tucker's for a 9am departure otherwise meet and run at 9.30 from the cafe. & Jude - Don't worry, we won't go up the drive hill at the start - I promise.
