A 2 hour off-road run from Poynton this Sunday to venture into Lyme Park and surrounding countryside. We'll meet and run from the car park at the top of Anson Road. There's car park charges but plenty of on-road parking adjacent. Could be a bit damp so bring a cag

It's the Lyme Park 10k run this Sunday at 8.30 so we may bump into them on their circuit of the Park.

If convenient meet at Tuckers for a 9am departure, otherwise park, meet and run from Nelson Pit visitors centre.
