Hazel is leading us this week from Poole's Cavern, a famous tourist attraction near Buxton. She's plotting a cunning route in the sunshine as storm Jose will have passed by then, with just a bit of wind remaining! If you did Terry's High 5 race on Saturday, this is just what you need to loosen up those Shutingsloe tired legs on a nice recuperative soft off-road run. It's bound to be chilly and muddy so bring studs and a cag! Out for about 2 hours.
