Wednesday Night Run 18th July

As the Forest 5 race ( that is nearer 6 miles ! ) is now going to be run next day on Thursday night the 19th there will still be a run based on the coarse but with Shutlingsloe summit thrown in for good measure on Wednesday night. I will be marshalling on Thursday night so am quite happy to lead the run on Wednesday from the Macc forest Trentabank Visitor centre car park ( Grid Ref 961712 ). Its 600metres after the Leathers Smithy Pub along the reservoir side road when driving away from Langley village. Usual start time 7.00pm ( not as the race which is 7.30pm ). The pub after will be the St.Dunstans in Langley.
