Clare Kenny (CVFR & Rossendale) is planning an attempt starting friday midnight into sat 22nd Sept. Many of you will know Clare and Nick Harris - any chance of support?? Craig?

It all depends on times and legs. I'm expected out for a run in South Wales at 9am! Claire tells me she's doing boundary leg first which I'm not so keen on. It was bad enough in the light on a dry day.

Have now had an email from Clare & it would appear she really could do with some serious help on the first 2 legs from midnight Friday. She would appear to have enough folk for the later legs.
She will be starting from Capel Curig ( plas y brenin is the traditional spot ) so its the Boundary ridge section where she has most need. I may be offering to support myself ( though my legs are currently feeling somewhat wasted from the Mourne MM this weekend just gone ) but it would be good to have some company to share the mental load of navigating to several small not particularly obvious summits in the dark. I can provide plenty of Climbing club hut accommodation for a sleep after / showers etc... Any offers please post or phone me 07940 952881.
