I've never done this and would really like to at least get a team in the ballot. I'm happy to enter one. So all I need is 3 names who would like to go on a fantastic friday night out with me. However it may or may not be as much fun as me stag do!!

Be careful with this one. Its a long way, very dark and you can get lost. And even snow blindness happens sometimes. I'd get in Julian's team if I was nutty enough to do it!

Count me in Ross but you should try to find some potentially faster Club members. Has Julian already got an entry in & what about the Team Montrail bunch ?. Lets have some posts in reply & make sure the club is well represented in this classic hard mans / ladies event.
Are you tough enough ?.
P.S. Tucker seems to be loosing his marbles & senility is setting in judging by his post above.

Interested - if can regain fitness!!

I'm potentially interested, having missed out through injury this year. I'd need to recover my fitness though after a series of recent setbacks!
One prior completion of the event to my name, from my only attempt so far (2005).

I am also potentially interested -- guessing unlikely that there are 3 other interested women to make ladies team though?

I might be persuaded as long as it does not clash with the Womens Head of the River. Will need to check dates.

I wouldn't mind doing this again if there is a place available.

I am also keen - Navigation and bad weather should not be a problem, but would need to partner up with some slow coaches - as there is no way I can keep up any sort of fast pace over that distance
