Just an update to say I'm alive and well!
I'm now organising fell races in North East Wales - details of Welsh races are at http://www.wfra.org.uk.
Next race is from our house Wednesday 6th July 4 miles and definitely an AS - register at The Golden Lion Llangynhafal. Same latitude as Mold but the other side of Moel Famau about 1.5 hours from Macc.
