Tides are good ,between 1100 & 1300 hrs all weekend.
Let me know if & when you fancy & i`ll fit it in between runs & bikes.Chris will prob come as well

Julie,
Do you want to come on Friday`s trip if it turns out to be a daytrip from here?
Outline would be to meet & collect Kirsty somewhere near Bolton earlyish to avoid traffic, meet Chris, longish run & come back early evening.
Call me on 01625 425539 if interested.

Plan at the moment for Friday is 0645ish away from Macc,Threkeld (car park above Blencathra Centre) for 0900.
Forecast looks grim so plan is flexible,we have high & low options but it WILL be a long day,6 hours+.
Call or email me to sign up.

Absolutely brilliant day out today "Back of Skiddaw",you missed a rare treat.
Windy & cold but mostly sunny, with half a dozen short but dramatic hailsqualls & a light covering of soft snow/hailstones high up.
Chris Cripps,Kirsty,Becks,Liz & I did 20+ miles, nearly 9000ft of climb,&11 tops in a little over 7 hours with virtually no stops(too cold).
Kirsty going well en route to her BG(June 6/7th).....Navigator required for Helvellyn leg please,& someone to help me on Dunmail-Wasdale & preferably lead the last bit when it`s a bit too rough for me.
Update on Polly,in remission & out of hospital for a couple of weeks & working hard on her fitness, fellwalking(up to 5 miles and afew hundred feet of climbing) & mountain biking.I took her out walking last weekend 7 she`s remarkably sprightly. She`s back in for more chemo next week & will be in hospital for 3 weeks or so then hopefully a bonemarrow transplant in a couple of months. One VERY determined & cheerful young lady.
A very tired Phil
