Moel Siabod in July is a classic medium race if you fancy a day out at Capel Curig there's a gala fete for the family- I'll even throw down a challenge to Geoff - I'll get you back and it's a great downhill.

It's all about pacing yourself right Martin. I'll check my diary to see if i can take up your challenge. It was a good day out but i was a bit miffed that only the first 20 score points - i think i was 22nd, it must be in the english that its the first 30.

Get a bit more training in Martin, you shouldn't let an old man like me beat you!! :D

Did anyone spot a certain Ron Hird second from last in the Eilio race?
Ron used to be a member of Macc. Harriers and was a fast whippet of a runner who could squeeze through a fence gap no bigger than a spread hand. He has lived on Anglesey for several years now.

I'd like to have done this race but as I can't get my "British" quota in this year have just decided to do the English champs. Did mount Famine instead. This is part of the Hayfield series which I'll be able to qualify for for the 1st time (no mandatory races now). This series is really well organised well attended and informal. Tea/Coffee biscuits and cakes all for £3.

Looks like Geof/Martin will make a good pairing again in the FRA relays.
Did you realiseGeof that you were just squeezed out of 12th V 60 place!
