By the way, does anyone know how the team scoring for the Lakeland Classics series is calulated... i noticed that after 2/3 superlong races in on the FRA website it has got rankings so far .. and Macclesfield is currently second in the teams.... there are still 4 counting races to go, but a promising start.

Calculation of points is as follows:
200- 100 x (your time in secs/winners time in secs)
so for the winner at any race:
200 - 100 X (His time/winning time) = 100
Team points are simply the average of the best 3 runners in the club regardless of sex, age etc.
