Message from Marc Bradford, possibly a bit late but have only just read it .... you could combine it with supporting Phil's Naylor....

'I’m a friend of Richard Storey’s and dormant macclesfield harrier, due to an unforeseen wedding I am unable to make the Helvellyn triathlon on the 7th September. So was wondering if you could put it on to the forum to see if there are any takers. I know its short notice but I’m sure there are some super fit macclesfield harriers who would jump at the chance.

Place would be free and it’s pretty easy to transfer the name over.'
