Ha! you thought that because you are afflicted with T & F you would be exempt from such duties! Seriously I admire the dedication and input of all the track and field people whether you be participants or helpers but if you can spare half a day, then what better way than to make this race happen! Love to hear from you.

So as to make their nightmares come true we need Marshals for the following duties:
Car parking
On the route
Finish funnel
Time keeping
General dogsbody (the highest of callings and this can include making cakes, serving cakes (but not eating them on the quiet), pointing people to the lavs. smiling as though possessed by a smiley thing and generally making people feel as though this is THE place to be!

We have just over a month to get things together and we depend on you to make it happen.
Race date is: Saturday 26th October, 10.30 start time.
