The latest incarnation of the forum (the 2nd major move/change) is now running on PHPBB3 software. Please put any comments here about about anything unusual etc. You should also be able to attach files to posts!.... not sure if that is a good idea, but we'll see how it goes. Yes, I know the logo is a bit wonky... working on it.

Looking a lot fresher!!! :D

We have lost the link in the top left logo that used to take one back to the Macc Harriers Website, it now just takes you back to the Forum 'Board Index'.
(( one such link would also be useful from the photo gallery, it is always hard to navigate back to the website from it )).

If there's ever anything I can do to help, just let me know, more than willing to contribute whatever I can.

Manny

OK, you've got the link back now. Click on the logo on the top left of the page and it will take you to the main site.

I do miss the headlines on the home page, any chance latest updates can be replicated?

I had a look at re-creating the front page links to the latest posts, but the database has changed between the versions and it is not straightforward. I'll try and get it going sometime.

OK, forum latest post now appear back on the main website.

Note that I had to update the forum because of excessive database traffic and the latest version is more efficient. However putting the latest listing back on the home page will drive up the database access again, since all visits to the home page will now also hit the forum. So I'll need to monitor this and may have to disable it if it is a major drain on the db.
